keystone is quite a ways up and a little tricky to find, past the 3 bridges on 23 north but before the turnaround. havent biked it but have sledded it. look for a pullaway on the lakeside with a trail just to the north of it heading up the mountain.

martha creek (sale mtn) is a little easier with several options. the martha creek camp site is your retrieval spot. dump your pickup car there. just further up 23 north there is a shed up on the hill, the road heads up there. 45 to an hour to the top.
at around 9km (from memory) there is a split, up to the left or right which traverses the hill right to left. the top is quite cool, tho has been changed quite a bit since i last rode. if time is an issue, the 9km option means crossing several water bars until you find one a truck cannot pass. the (steep) drop in is just beyond that. there is some tech and some slop up top (always wet) but the lower half is fast fast fast flowy with some woodwork and a couple easy rock gardens. allow lots of time, enjoy, and let me know what ya think.
